CM36770 Sensitivity Long Distance Proximity Sensor

  CM36770 integrates a high sensitivity long distance proximity sensor (PS), IR LED sync driver and IRLED into one small package. It incorporates photodiodes, amplifiers and analog to digital converting circuits into a single chip by the CMOS process. CM36770 offers the 8-bit proximity sensing function, CM36770 has a build in the intelligent cancellation scheme that helps to eliminate cross talk phenomenon.

  The adoption of the Filtron™ technology offers the best background light cancellation capability (including sunlight) without utilizing the microcontrollers' resources. CM36770 provides an excellent temperature compensation capability for keeping output stable under various temperature configurations. PS functions are easily operated via the simple command format of I2C interface protocol. Operating voltage ranges from 2.6 V to 3.3 V.
